I53 - Information on Contactor/Contracts

If you are engaged in work relating to hydrocarbon extraction in Denmark, you might have reporting liabilities and might have to pay hydrocarbon tax as well.

This form is to be completed without prior request by all enterprises, Danish or foreign, who engage foreign contractors that are not registered as subsidiaries or branches in Denmark, if the contract work relates to preliminary surveys, exploration and extraction of hydrocarbons.
